Booking and Payment

Booking requests made through our Site or by contacting us directly are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been paid.

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Deposits are typically non-refundable. Final payment is due on or before the date of the event unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

• Cancellation more than 10 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited
• Cancellation 2-10 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is due
• Cancellation less than 2 days before the event: 100% of the total fee is due

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergency, we may, at our discretion, waive or reduce cancellation fees.

Performance Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a performance if:

• The venue or conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
• The performer is subjected to harassment or abuse
• The event substantially differs from what was described at booking

For outdoor events, suitable shelter must be provided in case of inclement weather. Extreme temperatures may affect the performance and instrument.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of The Scarlet Piper or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission.

For performances, you may record for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial recording or broadcasting requires prior written consent.
